Financial Assistance in New Jersey

We are proud to offer financial assistance to our families in partnership with the state of New Jersey. This resource will walk you through each step to see if you qualify for assistance and to start getting your financial support. See If You Qualify

Step 2

Match With Right At School

After you have been approved for child care assistance, we will need to complete a parent provider agreement. Please contact your case manager to obtain a parent provider agreement. Our on-site PM would be glad to help you complete the provider sections of the form.

Step 3

Enroll For Right At School Programs

Once you have provided the number to your local office and been matched with Right At School, you are ready to enroll in Right At School programs. Here’s how:
To apply your financial assistance toward your tuition:
To add your programs:
  • Find your school
  • Select “Program Information” under your school.
  • IMPORTANT: Do not proceed to Step 3 until you have completed Steps 1 and 2. You must know your case number and the name of your subsidy agency to continue.
  • Select “register” next to the program you’d like to choose. You’ll have an opportunity later to add additional children or programs.
  • Login into your account if you are a current family; select “New Family” if you are new and need to create an account.
  • When you get to the check out page, DO NOT input credit card information. Keep the programs in your cart and exit the window.
  • After you complete the form and add your program, our subsidy team will verify your eligibility with the subsidy agency and complete your registration. You will receive confirmation of your registration via email within two business days. If you have a copay, we will also send you an invoice for the balance owed to Right At School.
