As a Program Manager, you’ll lead a team and oversee daily operations — coaching staff, ensuring safety and compliance, building relationships with families and school partners, and facilitating activities with kids as needed — while gaining valuable leadership and operations experience in the education field.
Your day as a Program Manager:
- Coach and guide a team of Educators day to day
- Keep your site's licensing, safety, and attendance records sharp
- Own check-in/check-out procedures so every kid is accounted for
- Develop strong relationships with families and school partners
- Implement RAS curriculum, bringing learning to life for every kid
- Resolve issues between staff, students, or families before they escalate
- Proactively resolve safety risks and document incidents promptly

As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee multiple school-based enrichment programs — owning performance, quality, and growth across every site, while serving as Right At School’s local connection to school leadership, families, and program staff.
- Champion RAS curriculum and quality across every site you own
- Own the business in your community, drive efficiency, and build the RAS reputation
- Get the word out — raise awareness about RAS in the school community
- Keep every site compliant with state licensing standards

Interviewing with us
Here’s what you can expect:

The process timeline varies based on the position.
- For field roles that are part-time in nature, the process typically takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
- The process for central office roles, which are generally full-time, usually take longer and may have additional steps (anywhere from 2-5 weeks).

After your interview
A vast majority of our roles are focused on working with children. As such you may be asked to provide additional screening documents such as a completed background check, TB test, health assessment, etc.
As a general practice, you will hear back from a recruiter or hiring manager within five business days post-interview. With some positions this may extend longer than a week, and the designated recruiter will be sure to let you know if there’s a delay.
