    Employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision programs.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Supplemental Insurance

    Right At School has partnered with AFLAC to make available to you accident, short term disability, life, and cancer care insurance policies. (Note: These insurances are voluntary and employee-paid.)

  • Parental Leave

    We offer expecting parents twelve weeks of time off, which includes four weeks of full pay.

  • Free Childcare

    This benefit allows you to enroll your eligible dependent children in any Right At School before and/or afterschool program tuition-free. Staff will also receive a 50% discount on full-day camps.

  • Employee Referral Bonuses
