Mon	Let's Paint Spring Fever!: By ARTSiE	Join ARTSiE as we paint the colors of spring, getting our inspiration from spring colors, plants, the sky and wherever our imagination takes us. Mon	Program has reached capacity ~~Sewing Club: By Butterscotch Sewing~~	Let’s sew together! This beginning sewing class taught by Butterscotch Sewing’s owner and fellow Washington parent, Rachel Hueffner, will teach your student all of the important sewing basics! Throughout the session students will work on a variety of projects including pillows and accessories. Projects will be sewn using both hand sewing and the sewing machine. No prior sewing experience is needed. The class will make use of real sewing tools including fabric cutting scissors, needles, pins and patterns. Evanston's own Let's Craft It! (and Washington mom, Samira Taher Kolb), is partnering with Right at School to offer this unique after-school elective. Kids will make cool crafts based on a different theme each week (from current cultural celebrations to seasonal changes), using mixed media and differing techniques. It'll be fun, a great way to unwind, plus get their creative juices flowing! Tue	Martial Arts by Connelly's Academy: By Connelly’s Academy of Martial Arts	Grandmaster Connelly is one of the most experienced and respected martial arts instructors in Chicago and the North Shore. He and his team of experienced martial arts educators have been providing fun, safe, and age-appropriate classes to our schools for over 30 years. His programs have had success in building confidence and motivating children to be respectful, responsible and resilient. Personal leadership and mutual respect form the foundation of his programs. Grandmaster Connelly and his team make learning martial arts fun, engaging and challenging, all the while building confidence, resiliency and personal leadership. This program teaches goal-setting and persistence, helping each child reach his or her personal best through the study of classical martial arts. Uniforms are not required for beginners. Uniforms may be purchased via our website. If not wearing uniforms, kids should wear loose, comfortable clothing. Belt promotion testing opportunities – where kids can advance in rank and earn a higher belt color by demonstrating what they have learned in class – are offered for qualified students in class. Tue	Mudlark Theater's Act Three: Showtime!: By Mudlark Theater Company	Experience the magic of performing in Mudlark Theater’s ACT THREE: SHOWTIME! In this class young artists will get scripts, learn lines, and make empowered character choices all with the direction of a professional Mudlark Teaching Artist. Young artists will leave with confidence on stage and off with new friends and experiences. This class will end in a final performance for friends and family. Wed	Minecraft Architecture: By Kids STEM Studio	Minecraft offers an excellent entry point into the world of architecture. By using Minecraft as a CAD tool, our next generation architects learn about various architectural styles, ranging from medieval to modern. They create floor plans and design interiors using a variety of stones, materials, and shapes to construct their dream structures.
