Susana joins us with 20 plus years of experience in the before and after school field. She studied Child Development at San Jose State University where she fell in love with the field when working with Pre-College Programs at San Jose State University for 6 years. There, she was introduced to after-school programming while working with elementary and high school-aged students. She has worked as an afterschool Site Director with the YMCA for and then with the Campbell Unified School District. Susana was able to use her knowledge and skillset at the Milpitas School District as their Elementary School Community Liaison and work closely with parent engagement until joining Right At School as the Senior Program Manager for the 2019-20 school year. Today, Susana is supporting MVWSD as Right At School’s Area Manager and looks forward to supporting the Mountain View community!
