Dependent Care Receipts
2025 Dependent Care Receipts are now available through the RAS Family Portal.
Access your Dependent Care Receipts through the RAS Family Portal
This includes receipts for:
- Before and After School programs
- Summer Camp
- Winter Break Camp
- Spring Break Camp
- Non School Day programs
- Discovery Clubs
Note: If your child attended programs at more than one school or location, you will need to Switch Communities in the RAS Family Portal to view all receipts.
How to Access Your Dependent Care Receipts
- Log in to the RAS Family Portal. Use your primary account holder email and password.

Go to Your Payment History
From the menu, select:- Manage
- People
- Select your parent or guardian profile
- Transactions
- Payment Statement

Download Your Receipt
Choose your date range and download a summary or detailed receipt for tax or reimbursement purposes.
Important Note About Switching Communities
If your child attended programs at more than one school or location, such as Summer Camp, Break Camps & Discovery Clubs, you will need to Switch Communities within the RAS Family Portal to view receipts from those programs.
Switching communities allows you to see payments associated with each school or program location under your account.
Accessing Receipts Before June 2024
If your family participated in Right At School programs before June 2024, dependent care receipts from that time may have been generated through our former system, Jumbula and were provided separately by email.
Receipts from Jumbula are not available in the RAS Family Portal. If you need help accessing past receipts, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
