Thu	Program has reached capacity ~~Chess Enrichment Program: By CHESS-ED~~	Chess-Ed will offer unique, exciting, and dynamic chess instruction that elevates each student to a new level of expertise. Each week, students will enjoy engaging lessons along with supervised time to play against their classmates. They will expand their understanding of the game, covering topics from the basics to opening theory, middle game tactics, and endgame strategies. As a result, students will also enhance their vocabulary and math skills. Research shows that students who play chess tend to perform better academically. Playing chess can increase IQ, improve memory, and promote analytical and critical thinking skills. Additionally, it teaches problem-solving, responsibility, sportsmanship, social skills, and more. Fri	Ukulele and Guitar: Strum & Sing: By Chicago School of Musical Arts	This class celebrates the best of beginning ukulele and guitar for young learners! Strum and Sing along with either a ukulele or guitar! Learn how to play simple chords and strumming technique in this class. These techniques will then be applied to simple songs. Students will also be introduced to reading musical notation on the ukulele and/or guitar. Our session will conclude with an in-person demonstration for parents to attend. If a club is canceled by Right At School because it does not meet minimum enrollment, registered families will be notified and refunded according to the program policy.
