Tue	Mudlark Theater's Act One: Places!: By Mudlark Theater Company	In this engaging after-school class with Mudlark Theater, students will build confidence, creativity, and performance skills through a fun and supportive environment. Using interactive theater games and ensemble-building activities, participants will learn how to work collaboratively, think creatively, and develop strong stage presence. Students will explore how to bring ideas to life through their actor toolkit: movement, voice, and imagination. Along the way, they will gain a solid foundation in theater fundamentals. Tue	Martial Arts by Connelly's Academy: By Connelly’s Academy of Martial Arts	Grandmaster Connelly is one of the most experienced and respected martial arts instructors in Chicago and the North Shore. He and his team of experienced martial arts educators have been providing fun, safe, and age-appropriate classes to our schools for over 30 years. His programs have had success in building confidence and motivating children to be respectful, responsible and resilient. Personal leadership and mutual respect form the foundation of his programs. Grandmaster Connelly and his team make learning martial arts fun, engaging and challenging, all the while building confidence, resiliency and personal leadership. This program teaches goal-setting and persistence, helping each child reach his or her personal best through the study of classical martial arts. Uniforms are not required for beginners. Uniforms may be purchased via our website. If not wearing uniforms, kids should wear loose, comfortable clothing. Belt promotion testing opportunities – where kids can advance in rank and earn a higher belt color by demonstrating what they have learned in class – are offered for qualified students in class. If you're looking for before-school care, and want an activity your child will get excited about that's creative and open-ended, then Rise & Shine Crafters is the place for them. I'm Samira Taher Kolb, owner of Evanston's Let's Craft It!. I'm bringing this unique experience for kids to explore their creativity before the school day begins. In each class, kids will choose from an assortment of crafting materials that are based on current seasons/holidays. If a club is canceled by Right At School because it does not meet minimum enrollment, registered families will be notified and refunded according to the program policy.
