Dependent Care Receipts

Important Notes:
  • We are currently transitioning to a new registration management system called “LineLeader”. Most families are still using our former/current system, “Jumbula”.
  • If you are using Jumbula, you should have received your dependent care receipt via email. If you did not receive your receipt, please follow the steps under “Jumbula Instructions.”

For families who used Jumbula in 2023.

Jumbula Instructions

  • Select your State, District, and School in the form and click GET STARTED.
  • On the Sign up screen, click Already a user? Sign in and log in with the email address and password you used to create your account. You'll be taken directly to the Dependent Care Receipt page.
  • Select a calendar year or specific date range. Simply click View Report and all the payments in that range will be displayed.
  • Download the full report as a PDF or Excel sheet by utilizing the drop-down menu and clicking Download.

LineLeader Instructions

  • Click here to visit the LineLeader login page.
  • Enter your email address and password to log into your parent/guardian portal (if you’ve forgotten your password select “Forgot Password”).
  • Once logged in, select Manage on the toolbar to the left, then choose People from the drop down menu.
  • The payment information is stored under the parent/guardian’s profile, so choose your name, not your student’s name to continue.
  • Once you’ve selected your profile, navigate to Transactions and then Payment Statement in the upper right.
  • A window will display that will allow you to select a date range of your payment history. You can choose either a Summary or Detailed version of your statement.
  • Click Generate Report to see your history displayed. If the report looks correct, select Download PDF to download a copy to your computer.

FAQs

How do I know which system I’m using?

Use our Program Finder to reach your school’s page, then click LOGIN. Jumbula users will see a web address that includes “jumbula.com”. LineLeader users will see a web address that includes “momentpath.com”.

What if I started the 2023 calendar year in Jumbula and transitioned to LineLeader at the start of the school year?

You should receive your Jumbula dependent care receipt no later than January 22 via email. If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. Follow the “LineLeader Instructions” below to access your LineLeader receipt.
