Did any of you go on any virtual field trips last week? One fun thing we discovered was to visit the location of our field trip via Google Earth. My kids think Google Earth is so cool (and it kind of is)! They found endless fun searching for our house, their grandparents’ house, then heading over to Africa, then exploring the Galapagos Islands. It was neat to give the places we were exploring some context related to where we live – and bonus! – we got some unintentional geography lessons in.
